Black tea is defined by full oxidation — a process in which freshly picked leaves are allowed to interact fully with air, transforming their color, aroma, and structure. Through this deliberate and patient unfolding, the leaves deepen in hue and develop warmth, richness, and natural sweetness.
One of our black teas originates from our founder’s hometown, Phoenix Mountain in Chaozhou. This special black tea expresses a surprising richness that lingers gently on the palate. Alongside it, we present a classic Lapsang Souchong from Nanping, Fujian.
