Oolong tea

Oolong tea is a semi-oxidized tea that lies between green and black tea, known for its layered aroma and evolving depth.
Some of our specialty oolongs come from our founder's hometown, Phoenix Mountain in Chaozhou, Guangdong, a rugged landscape where tea has been cultivated for centuries. Growing at high altitude in mineral-rich soils, the ancient tea trees of Phoenix Mountain develop character slowly, revealing a range of subtle fragrances naturally.
