We deliver within the Netherlands and some other EU countries. Please refer to the list below for the available countries.
How long will delivery take?
Within the Netherlands: usually 1–2 business days. Within Europe: 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Enjoy free shipping on orders over €50.
Orders under €50 will be charged €4.95 per parcel.

Yes, the tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.
Returns
For food products, such as tea:
If you change your mind, you may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened tea products.
For non-food products:
If you change your mind, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, please get in touch with us at info@yourteahouse.nl with your order number. Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
